Book Your Dog's Stay

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (holidays, summer months). However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if space is available. The earlier you book, the better chance we have of securing your preferred dates.

All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Please provide proof of vaccination from your veterinarian before your dog's first stay. This ensures the health and safety of all our furry guests.

We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to accommodate your schedule. Please coordinate specific times with Tami when you book. We want to make the process as convenient as possible for you, including weekend and holiday arrangements.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your dog's regular food to maintain their diet and avoid stomach upset. Please pack it in a labeled container with feeding instructions. You're also welcome to bring favorite toys, bedding, or comfort items from home.

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. We'll work with you to find a solution. For specific cancellation policies, please discuss with Tami when you make your reservation.

Yes! We provide regular photo and video updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having. You're also welcome to call anytime to check in. We want you to have complete peace of mind while you're away.
