Jessie's Paw Country Terms & Conditions

• All pets must have up to date vaccinations and have a current Vaccination Certificate from a qualified veterinarian.
• Owners must apply a tick & flea treatment. Otherwise we will apply this treatment and charge the cost to owners.
• Jessie's Paw Country reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Pet owner fails to produce the pet's most recent Vaccination Certificate.

• To request a booking please complete the Online Form or Call 336.529.7211. We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and costs.
• Full payment is due at check-in time for boarding.
• Weekly or Monthly rates are available for Pet Boarding. Call for pricing.

• No Deposit is required.
• Jessie's Paw Country will require full payment at check-in.
• Preferred payment method is VENMO, Credit/Debit Card, Cash or Check.

• Rates do not include food. The additional option of dog food is available at a charge.
• Check-in time and out times are 9AM to 4PM. An additional night will be charged for late check-out after 4PM.
• No more than 2 dogs per kennel, this depends on the size of dogs (not to exceed 60 lbs).
• One dog in one kennel up to 120 lbs.
• Jessie's Paw Country cannot accept female dogs in heat.

• Our business hours are 7AM – 6PM Monday through Saturday. By appointment only. All check-ins must be before 4PM. It is advised to arrive early in the day if possible.
• If you are late to pick up and vacate your space, you will be charged for the extra day.

• In the event you decide to cancel or reduce your pet's boarding period after check-in (payment made), all payments are non-refundable.
• For example, if you book your pet to stay for 7 days and decide to collect your pet after 2 days, payments made are non-refundable.

Jessie's Paw Country agrees to:

• Feed the pets at regular intervals.
• Provide reasonable kennel facilities.
• Provide a reasonably safe environment for the pet subject to Pet Owner's warranty that the pet does not and will not pose a danger or risk (whether physical or by way of transmission of disease or parasites) to other pets at Jessie's Paw Country.
• Maintain the pet in good health as far as reasonably possible and to the best of our ability.

If the pet should for any reason whatsoever become ill or injured during your pet's stay at Jessie's Paw Country, we shall be entitled at our absolute discretion to do any one or more of the following: There are No Refunds.

• Contact the Pet Owner to collect the pet if the Pet Owner is contactable.
• Contact the Emergency Contact Person if the Pet Owner is not contactable.
• Contact the pet's veterinarian if the Pet Owner and the Emergency Contact Person are not contactable.
• Provide such medical attention or care which Jessie's Paw Country deems is necessary or appropriate at any animal hospital or pet clinic chosen by Jessie's Paw Country.
• Keep or maintain the Affected Pet by engaging a veterinarian until collection by the Pet Owner.

Pet Owner agrees to provide Jessie's Paw Country with the following information on or before check-in:

• Pet Owner's contact details
• The name and telephone number of the Emergency Contact Person
• The name and telephone number of the Pet's veterinarian

If the Emergency Contact Person or the Pet's Vet is prepared to collect the Pet, the Pet Owner authorizes Jessie's Paw Country to release the Pet to the Emergency Contact Person or the Pet's Vet as the case may be who shall then assume full responsibility for the Pet's condition and consequences. For the purpose of clarity, such responsibility includes financial responsibility for the Pet's care and attention.
