We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times to accommodate your schedule. Generally, we're available from 7 AM to 7 PM daily, but we can arrange alternative times with advance notice. Contact Tami at 336.529.7211 to discuss your specific needs.

You're welcome to bring your dog's regular food to maintain their diet consistency. If you prefer, we can discuss food options. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or special feeding instructions when you book.

While we understand you miss your furry friend, we've found that visits can sometimes disrupt the dog's routine and make settling in more difficult. However, we send daily photo updates so you can see how happy and comfortable they are!

Your dog's safety is our top priority. In the event of a medical emergency, we'll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. We recommend providing your preferred vet's contact information and authorization for emergency care when you check in.

Yes! We welcome puppies as long as they have received their initial vaccinations (typically around 12-16 weeks). Puppies must have at least their first round of DHPP and Bordetella vaccines before boarding. Contact us to discuss your puppy's specific needs.

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. We appreciate 24-hour notice when possible, but we'll work with you to accommodate your needs. No cancellation fees apply.
